Upon reaching the 1st floor you will first travel through the foyer with a dazzling tile floor. Down the hall, you will view 2 spacious bedrooms on your right and, the laundry room and full bath on your left, which features a shower stall and a fully tiled room. Absolutely exquisite!

Lastly, at the end of the hall, you will enter the Primary Bedroom En-suite. Featuring a cutting-edge lighting fixture, a chic rug that compliments the zebra blinds, a private dressing room, a slider with views of the water, and a covered deck. Don’t forget your very own private full bath which switches to silver fixtures, including another dual shower head system and a glorious tiled wall.

The bedrooms with windows feature stylish black-out blinds that can be raised for full light, closed completely for a black-out effect, or set to a zebra pattern which allows 1/2 the light and gives a very sleek look, matching the rugs in some cases. The rear area includes a large deck and boat dock. An outdoor shower is located under the deck and is not enclosed but includes another dual system.

The Mandatory Cleaning fee is $300 and provides cleaning at check-out. No pets or smoking are permitted. There is no cable TV; so please bring your own streaming logins.
