If you would like to pay by E-Check, follow the instructions below to pay inside your tenant portal. If you have not signed up for the portal yet, click button below to “Sign up for Tenant Portal” and your agent will send you a link with instructions to sign up.
1. Login to Tenant Portal.
2. Click “My Leases”. On the left menu.
3. Click “Payments” button.
4. Under the left column that is titled “Pay”, click the checkbox for all payments you wish to make. The “Due Date” column will show when payments are due.
5. Click the “E-Check” box in bottom and enter your Account #, Routing # and Account type.
6. Click “Submit Payment”.
