The New Landlord Portal allows you to login and view information about your rental and your reservations. You can view which company reserved the week, the status, the agent, the price, and the tenant name. You can also view the photos and property amenities as well as an owner statement. If you have not already signed up for the Landlord Portal, you can request a link to register here.
To register, you will create a User Name and Password.
Once you are logged in, you will see this screen. Scroll down to view your property information, rental information and more. You may need to click the plus sign in top right to expand the rental details.
You can view the Reservations tab to see your leases, owner reservations or broker holds. It will also show you which company reserved the week, the status, the agent, the price, and the tenant name.
You can view the property’s features and photos.
