“Phyllis and Kim helped us find our condo in Seaside Heights. Our primary home is up North and with our full time work schedule, we had limited time to schedule appointments, Phyllis and Kim were so accommodating in making sure all appointments were on the weekends and multiple appointments each day. They were both helpful with all our questions and concerns. We were specifically concerned with flood zones, insurance etc. since Hurricane Sandy. They both always had answers for us and if they didn’t know the answer, they researched and got us an answer. They were very knowledgeable with the Jersey Shore. Both were accessible to us via cell phone, email etc. Once we were under contract, their job did not stop there, they helped us along the way with all necessary mortgage requirements that the bank requested. Something else that was very important to us was staying in our price range, which they managed to stay in and negotiate with sellers to keep us in the specific range.
