$250 – Mandatory Cleaning Fee;
$79 – Accidental Damage Protection (ADP);
Total Fees: $379 (with no pet)

Small trained Dogs are considered for a fee. Pet fee only applied if bringing an approved pet. Check with Realtor for fee amount.

Includes bed pillows. All mattresses have protective covers. Includes blankets/bedspreads. Tenant brings own linens, and towels.
