$50 – Lease Preparation fee;
$300 – Mandatory Cleaning Fee;
$79 – Accidental Damage Protection (ADP);
Total Fees: $429 (with no pet)

Small trained Dogs are considered for a fee. Pet fee only applied if bringing an approved pet. $600 non-refundable pet fee if bringing a pet.

Includes bed pillows. All mattresses have protective covers. Includes blankets/bedspreads. Tenant brings own linens, and towels.
