This is an adorable condo unit. Very nice inside. Clean, open and bright when the suns shines through. Wifi Internet, Stereo, 2 TVs, Cable TV, Updated bath, AC units (3), and nice outside deck area to relax and enjoy the summer breeze.
No pets or smoking. Outside shower is shared and cold water only. Mandatory cleaning fee is $125 and then cleaning provided at checkout.
Tenant shall bring own linens, towels, pillows, blankets and bedspreads and take with them when leaving.
