Mandatory cleaning fee is $130 and cleaning provided at check-out.

Tenants can go buy badges on Saturday 10 am to 1pm, $195 for 8 weekly badges. Go to 3305 Heron Lane (which runs parallel to rt 35 south). There is a temporary small building there that sells badges.
