This home is the perfect getaway location. Tucked away on the bayside of Ortley Beach and only a few blocks to the beach. There is a front covered deck for enjoying your morning coffee and a large side deck with BBQ grill and seating to enjoy some food on the grill.

The ground floor features a garage, with bikes and a beach buggy for tenant use. Inside there is a storage area for your beach stuff, an air-hockey table and a washer/dryer. INcluded are 2 beach coolers and 2 beach carts as well as 9 beach chairs and beach badges. Includes 10 bikes (5 adult, 5 kids) + 4 razor scooters.

Through the ground floor entrance door, you will enter your large outdoor area with a Tiki Bar, outdoor table and chairs, a convertible bench and the enclosed outdoor shower. The area is fenced in, private and covered. It has a ping pong table and Big Jenga block game.

Travel the stairs to the 2nd floor where you will find the living area with large couch and Smart TV, Dining Area and updated Kitchen with middle island. The convenient dishwasher assures you won’t be hand washing any dishes on this vacation.

There is a Bedroom with Smart TV and full bath with Shower stall on this level and an additional (Stackable) washer/dryer.

Another stairwell guides you to the 3rd floor sleeping Quarters. Here you will find a Primary Bedroom En-suite with full bath including double sinks, shower stall and a large deep bathing tub. Two more bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower combo complete this level. All three bedrooms have walk-in closets with plenty of room.

Home is freshly painted and nicely decorated with a nautical charm. Ceiling fans in the rooms are a nice bonus but the Central AC is what keeps the home cool and comfortable all summer long.

There is a mandatory cleaning fee of $200 and then cleaning is provided at checkout.

Your bedding includes extra pillows, mattress pads and bedspreads. Tenants bring their own linens, blankets and towels.

There is NO Cable TV. But there are Smart TVs with ROKU TV and streaming access. Bring your own streaming logins to access your favorite shows.

No smoking permitted. No group rentals permitted. Blended families welcome.
