Water toys etc. Corn hole game and assorted size life jackets with beach chairs and umbrellas are stored in the large renters dock box on the right side of the house. The fire pit and Weber grill are both supplied with natural gas so no need to switch out tanks. The third floor sun deck has a pergola with adjustable louvers. Beverage fridge in the DR. Retractable awning over main deck. Outside TV, 2 person swing, picnic table and additional seating under the house. All bedding and comforters are washable.

Second floor family room has a desk with keyboard and display and a color printer/scanner. There is a queen size blow up mattress that can be used where ever needed.
